Dr. Simon graduated cum laude from University of Rochester with a B.S. in neurosciences and a minor in economic theory. Oxford University selected him to attend their honor school in biochemistry and neurosciences in England. He attended Jefferson Medical College, where he obtained his M.D., and subsequently completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at Georgetown University Medical Center. He performed his fellowship training in neuroradiology at John Hopkins University, where he also served as a clinical instructor, followed by additional fellowship training in interventional neuroradiology and spinal procedures at the University of Maryland.
